The "Palliative Care" program in our Foundation is assistance to families with a child with cancer who recognized as incurable. But for us, palliative care is not about death, but about life. A life full of childhood, not suffering and pain. Helping, meeting and even anticipating needs is the main duty of the Program Specialist. To make sure that the child spends the last months, weeks and days without pain, and the parents can devote themselves to communicating with the child, and not to the search for medicine. their delivery, connect consulting doctors, etc.).
Our ideal candidate should be multi-functional and emotionally stable. This is an assistant whom parents can call if necessary (including outside working hours), talk, ask questions and ask for help. At the same time, this is a person who must be able and ready to compile databases, keep records, control the availability of all documents, track the delivery of drugs and medical equipment, prepare reports and much more.
What we offer:- Official salary, the level of which we will determine based on the results of the interview

What we expect in return:- Accompanying the family of wards: from informing to providing targeted assistance
- Organizing the purchase and shipment of medicines, hygiene products, equipment and gifts
- Working with requests to fulfill dreams of children
- Working with psychologists, doctors, dog trainers and other specialists
- Collection and processing of documents, maintaining a database and document management of the program
- Preparation of photosreports, coordination of volunteers, participation in field events
- Helping families even after the loss of a child, maintaining warmth and care
What is our ideal candidate- Has a higher education in the field of sociology, psychology or medicine
- Has at least 3 years of experience in a related field
- Able to organize processes, quickly find decisions, work in multitasking mode
- Has empathy, diplomacy and an internal resource for difficult situations
- Has skills in working with documents, Microsoft Office, Google services
- Understands the importance of clear planning, reporting and teamwork
- Preferably - speaks English at a level no lower than Intermediate
- Physically located in Kyiv
- Shares mission and values of the foundation and adheres to the Code of Ethics of the foundation and Policy for the protection of children from all forms of violence
