A Food Market Helpline Operator is a specialist who helps our employees in difficult, sensitive or conflict situations. Your job is to listen, support, correctly record the appeal and pass it on to the responsible units, while maintaining complete confidentiality.
Work format: office
Schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
Reception of incoming calls and messages to the hotline.
Providing correct initial support and explanations.
Fixing appeals in the internal system according to the procedure.
Transferring information to relevant services for further responsiveness.
Adherence to standards of confidentiality and ethical communication.
Maintaining the company's positive reputation and quality service.
Requirements
High level of sociability and emotional stability.
Ability to listen, work with emotions and conflicts situations.
Competent oral and written Ukrainian language.
Have a psychological education or work experience as a psychologist.
Computer skills and quick processing of information.
Tactfulness, restraint, responsibility.
