A Food Market Helpline Specialist is a specialist who helps our employees in difficult, sensitive or conflict situations. Your job is to listen, support, correctly record the appeal and transfer it to the responsible units, while maintaining full confidentiality.

Work format:office
Schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
City: Kyiv, Nyvky, ave. Beresteyskyi 67

Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming calls and messages to the hotline.
• Providing correct initial support and explanations.
• Fixing appeals in the internal system according to the procedure.
• Transferring information to relevant services for further response.
• Adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards communication.
• Maintaining the company's positive reputation and quality service.

Requirements:

• High level of communication skills and emotional stability.
• Ability to listen, work with emotions and conflict situations.
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language.
• Have a psychologist education or work experience psychologist.
• Computer skills and quick processing of information.
• Tactfulness, restraint, responsibility.
• Working with reviews on Google maps and in our social networks.
