Right now, we need a Specialist of the first line of customer support. Maybe we can travel? Desires of the candidate: The ability to competently and productively conduct a dialogue. )Experience in customer support - at least one year Knowledge of software and operating systems at the level of a "confident user", Proactivity, stress resistance, customer orientation Willingness and willingness to work in a team What will be required to do: Receiving customer requests and their redistribution Consulting customers on connection and work with the company, answers to customer questions (work in chats, with mail and incoming calls) Work with CRMShovnas is for you: Mode of work: 8-hour work shifts (9:00-18:00 or 11:00-20:00); working Saturdays or Sundays are possible (weekend shifts: 9:00-14:00 or 14:00-19:00), weekend work is paid at an increased rate/additional day off.
