Main responsibilities: work with incoming calls of the hotline and outgoing calls; quick and high-quality resolution of applicants' questions; consultation on documentation issues; ability to work with large data sets - searching for information in the CRM system; entering information into the CRM system, digitizing documentation. It is important for us: knowledge of the Ukrainian language (written and spoken); confident use of a PC; desire to coordinate projects; ability to make decisions independently and find an individual approach; ability to clearly formulate one's opinion; willingness and desire to learn; communication skills and stress resistance; documents and information.
