Analysis, research and training base. Research and collection of Ukrainian and international trends, educational materials, as well as best practices on the topic of anti-corruption and building integrity;development of educational products and materials. Development of meaningful contents of educational programs, trainings, webinars, lectures, courses (online and offline) on the topics of anti-corruption, building integrity and related topics.
Preparation of educational and explanatory materials, as well as their updating in accordance with anti-corruption legislation;
organization, planning and partnership. Development of a plan-schedule of educational events.
Establishing cooperation and ensuring communication with partners within the framework of developing educational products and holding events for authorized persons;
training and expert support.Conducting educational events (webinars, trainings) on anti-corruption legislation and integrity.
Providing expert support to trainees during training, providing consultations, feedback and methodical assistance to the authorized persons in establishing systemic work to prevent corruption and ensure integrity in organizations.
Our candidate:
has a higher education not lower than a bachelor's or junior bachelor's;
fluent in the Ukrainian language;
has skills in developing methodical and educational materials, writing reports, conducting consultations and/or trainings;
has analytical skills and the ability to process a significant amount of information;
demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team, results-oriented and proactive;
has knowledge of legislation (Constitution of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption"go on paid annual leave (30 calendar days);
receive decent remuneration (position salary, allowances and additional payments);
receive annual cash assistance for vacation.
