Chief Specialist of the Department of Selection, Personnel Development and Internal Communications of the Department of Personnel and Organizational Culture
Main functional and job responsibilities:
- implementation of measures for the organization of evaluation of the results of official activities of civil servants, summarization of the results of the performance of tasks by civil servants, provision of advisory assistance in matters of evaluation; competencies/individual professional development programs of such civil servants;
- studying and summarizing the needs of civil servants in professional training and making proposals to the Head of the NSSU regarding the organization of professional training in order to create favorable conditions for the professional development of civil servants;
- implementation: monitoring of existing training programs offered by entities providing educational services in the field of professional training (providers), in particular on the knowledge management web portal in the field of professional training "Knowledge Management Portal", and informing about the possibility training according to such programs for the staff of the NSHU;
accumulation and accounting of credits of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System for vocational training;
conducting, by the decision of the Head of the NSHU, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the professional training of civil servants in accordance with the legislation;
planning the professional development of civil servants of the NSHU.
