Main duties:

• Accept and process incoming customer calls, according to target indicators and standards of the company;
• Provide customers with timely and high-quality information on the company's main products and additional services;
• Sell the company's services to customers in order to achieve the set goals regarding the quality of services and financial performance indicators ;
• At the request of the client, change and provide the necessary order data in order to improve the rate of conversion of all requests from clients into real orders.
