• Analysis and verification of the counterparty's documents, which are necessary for concluding a purchase agreement based on the results of procurement procedures in Prozorro;

• Formation and submission of contracts and additional agreements; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> text-decoration: none">Approval of contracts and additional agreements with counterparties;

• Information about concluded contracts and additional agreements is included in the internal database;

• Initial verification of bank guarantees;

• Communication with the counterparty regarding the conclusion of the purchase agreement;n>

• Approval of the draft agreement/additional agreement with other structural divisions;
