Requirements:

• Higher education at the degree of junior specialist, professional junior bachelor, bachelor or master preferably in the IT profile
• Experience in installation, configuration, support operating systems (DOS, Windows), office and accounting software (Word, Excel, Access, etc.), working with communication programs, reporting for budget institutions (connection to the treasury, pension fund, MeDoc, SEV OVV, etc.)
• Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, MFPs, other devices)

Conditions work:

• The volume of work may vary depending on the circumstances. Urgent work is sometimes required within the framework of stipulated duties.
• Presence at the university is required (working week: Monday-Friday).

Duties:

• Installation, debugging, maintenance of operating systems, office application software (office and accounting)
• Providing advice to users on the use of software, solving typical problems that arise during the operation of software from one's area of responsibility, computers and computer equipment whose operation depends on software from one's area of responsibility
• Installation and debugging of auxiliary software, for the implementation of the main software (drivers of computer devices, libraries of functions, programs that improve the implementation of software, etc.) on office computers with access to units and at the workplace (in particular, in "online" mode, using a remote connection to computers and servers). Entering data into the software that is required for its debugging or operation. The composition of the software and the scope of work are agreed upon in the working order
• Initial maintenance of computer and office equipment (commissioning, refueling of printers and MFPs that are adapted for this user function)
• Search and analysis of information about the software and its implementation methods.
