Specialist of the business administration department in Bunge Ukraina

What you will do as a Business Administration Specialist:

• Correct drawing up and timely issuance of a contract for the signature of the supplier;
• Tracking of changes and updates to the contract;
• Management of contract price adjustments;
• Data processing from terminals and elevators, factories;
• Maintaining complete and correct records in the accounting system SAP;
• Control of supporting documents;
• Control over filling and registration of tax invoices and adjustment calculations to them;
• Ensuring the execution of contracts in accordance with Incoterms;
• Control over timely payments with suppliers;
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures;
• Archiving of contracts and original documents.

Our expectations from a candidate for this position:

• Experience in a similar position in the field of agribusiness from 1 year (or accountant, administrator for logistics, junior logistician);
• Education in the field of economics, accounting and auditing, finance;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MEDoc;
• Willingness to learn quickly;
• Good communication skills;
• Knowledge of order and preparation of primary accounting documentation;

Would be a plus: SAP system experience
