Key tasks:

• Performing operational monitoring of information systems in monitoring and administration systems (Zabbix, AppDynamics, SCOM).

• Setting monitoring parameters in relevant systems.

• Resolving appeals from regional offices and the central office.

• Sending messages to administrators of systems under monitoring.

• Creating infrastructure incidents in the system Omnitracker.

• Experience in IT support is desirable.

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Basic knowledge of the Zabbix monitoring system.
