Main responsibilities:

• Consideration, analysis and decision-making regarding credit requests of clients for obtaining loans for the purchase of real estate.
• Expert work with applications within the framework of the state housing program
• Consideration of credit requests for purchase energy equipment
• Analysis of the financial condition of borrowers and assessment of credit risks
• Observance and application of the norms of internal regulatory documents when making decisions
• Interaction and effective communication with colleagues and other divisions of the bank (Legal Department, Security Department, Evaluation Department, etc.)
• Maintenance of relevant documentation and reports

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (banking, finance, economics)
• 1+ year of work experience in the field of retail lending, in particular in the consideration of credit requests
• Work experience in the direction of mortgage and collateral lending (will be an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of collateral lending processes
• Confident user of PC, MS Office package, as well as experience with banking software complexes and Google services
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory acts and legislative documents in the field of retail lending
• Attention to details and analytical thinking
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a team and desire for professional development
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
