The "ROCADA" Charitable Foundation announces a competition to fill the position of "MEAL Specialist"

TASKS:

Development and finalization of quality control mechanisms for the implementation of the project

Implementation of data collection tools on the work of individual areas

Analysis and systematization of reporting requirements, development of instructions and conducting briefings

Collection and analysis of data on the quality of work of specialists and the wishes of beneficiaries fund

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS

Higher education

Experience of working in NGOs/charitable foundations will be an advantage.

Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Knowledge of English will be an advantage

Confident use of Google Spreadsheets, Exel, Google drive - at a high level

Availability of FOP (group 3), or willingness to register in a short period of time

Possession of analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills with the ability to process and analyze significant volumes of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Systems thinking, proactive, multitasking, ability to prioritize and establish communication with specialists at different levels

Experience of comprehensive project assessment and MEAL training will be an advantage

Manage performance by setting clear goals, adhere to set deadlines

Constant improvement of own knowledge in the professional field
