Responsibilities:

• enforces court decisions regarding persons sentenced to sentences not related to deprivation of liberty and offenders,
• work in the direction of pre-trial, supervisory and penitentiary probation,
• ensures the introduction of the Unified Register of Convicts and Persons Taken into Custody
• and is also responsible for the results of his work.
