Main responsibilities:
- Collection and preparation of information for interim/final reports of youth projects and projects on the dissemination of knowledge on IHL at the local level.
- Cooperation with the Organization Development and Volunteering Specialist at the regional level in ensuring high-quality and timely maintenance of registers of youth volunteers, accounting of their volunteer hours, other documentation related to the administration of their work as volunteers organizations
- Participation in the planning of activities of the regional organization regarding youth development and dissemination of knowledge on IHL
- Coordination of coverage of youth projects in social networks in cooperation with employees of the Communications Department and the Department of International Humanitarian Law.
>- Participation in information campaigns and information strategy on IHL.
- Keeping minutes of meetings, monitoring the implementation of current tasks and compliance with the approved plan.
- Participation, organization and conducting of trainings.
- Coordination of activities, support and support of facilitators and trainers for youth development and IHL knowledge dissemination.
- Organization and participation in youth development and IHL knowledge dissemination activities at local and at national levels.
