Cooperation with the Organization Development and Volunteering Specialist at the regional level in ensuring high-quality and timely maintenance of registers of youth volunteers, accounting of their volunteer hours, other documentation related to administration of their work as volunteers of the organization. Participation in the planning of the activities of the regional organization regarding youth development and the dissemination of knowledge on IHL. Coordination of coverage of youth projects in social networks in cooperation with employees of the Communications Department and the Department of International Humanitarian Law. Participation in information campaigns and information strategy on IHL. Keeping minutes of meetings, monitoring the implementation of current tasks and compliance with the approved plan. Participation, organization and conducting of trainings. Coordination of activities, support and support of facilitators and trainers aimed at the development of youth and the dissemination of knowledge about IHL. Organization and participation in events for the development of youth and the dissemination of knowledge about IHL at the local and national levels.
