Establishment and development of business relations with key customers in the defined territory; ensuring the implementation of plans in terms of sales volume, revenue and profit in terms of key customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Development of long-term partnerships with key customers of the dairy sales channel.
- Conclusion and updating of contracts, agreement of cooperation terms.
- Introduction of new products into the range of customers, price management.
- Planning and implementation promotional activities, presentation of new products.
- Analysis of sales, preparation of reports, control of receivables.
- Monitoring of the fulfillment of contractual terms and standards at retail outlets.
- Monitoring of the competitive environment and development of relevant offers.
- Cooperation with the sales team, conducting audits, control of merchandising.
- Analysis of write-offs and returns products, giving recommendations to customers.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education.
- Experience in sales - from 2 years.
- High level of communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Resistance to stress, analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing standards, primary financial documentation.
- Average level of English.
- A confident PC user (MS Office, Outlook).
- Having a driver's license and driving experience - from 1 year.
