About the team: We are a small team (so far), but due to the active growth of the project, we are looking for specialists with with which we will be able to provide and provide high-quality service, so that even in difficult wartime, our customers can quickly and conveniently receive their orders at the points of delivery of goods. The team currently consists of five people, so we are happy to welcome new ones into our family. We love our office meetings, which take place once a week, some of us go to the office every day, we also gather at company auctions, where we help our boys and girls of the Armed Forces. Sometimes we arrange team building and meetings for ourselves to relax a little and gain strength. What is important for this role:? ability to communicate and correctly provide information? skills of prompt response to situations that require an urgent solution? ability to quickly learn new information and tools? confident PC usage? timely response to deficiencies and malfunctions? be able to meet deadlines? have experience in business correspondence, chat communicationWould be an advantage:? work experience in customer support by phone, email, chat? the ability to work with the CRM system, with task accounting systems (creating/executing tasks)? experience with payment systems and/or credit productsTasks:? control and assistance to cashiers and partners on all issues related to cash register software? participate in the process of launching new PNFPs: - work with the credentials of cash registers and cashiers in the system - communication with partners on launch issues? support of current PNFPs: - resolution of issues related to problematic transactions - control and communication with cashiers to resolve current issues - consultation of partners on support issues - work with collection and discrepancies? active participation in the monitoring of shortcomings, malfunctions and correctness of the functionality and processes. Stages of selection: selection based on resumes, getting to know the recruiter, interview with the leader.
