MAIN TASKS

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies aimed at raising awareness of the needs of IDPs
• Conduct work with the community, such as information dissemination, feedback collection
• Coordinate community events such as trainings, seminars, conferences, festivals, etc.
• Establish and maintain contacts with community organizations, government agencies, media and other stakeholders
• Participate in community councils and committees, representing the interests of the organization and IDPs
• Conduct research and gather information about community issues and needs
• Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of engagement activities communities
• Prepare reports, presentations and other materials to support communication with the community

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Higher education in communications, social sciences or related fields

Experience working in the public sphere, in particular with IDPs or other vulnerable groups

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a team and independent

Flexibility, creativity and initiative

Willingness to travel and work in the field

High motivation and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Previous experience working in humanitarian or human rights organizations is welcome
