And, of course, our special "Family" atmosphere) Your duties will be: analysis of the sector of service providers in the field of housing and communal services (further - Housing and communal services providers); accounting and structuring Suppliers by regions and directions of housing and communal services activities (gas, water, heat, building maintenance, etc.); identification of potentially interesting housing and communal services suppliers for concluding agreements, analysis of their work on the payment market of Ukraine; conducting negotiations with housing and communal services suppliers regarding the conclusion of contracts; formation of a package of documents necessary for signing a contract with the Supplier; conducting identification, verification and study of the Bank's clients; ensuring the interaction of the relevant divisions of the Bank with Housing and Utilities Suppliers when concluding contracts and their technical connection; monitoring of signed contracts with Housing and Housing Suppliers in order to increase profitability from the collection of payments for these contracts; formation of reporting forms according to the contracts concluded with Housing and Housing Suppliers. Our candidate is able/knows/possesses: higher education (preferably economic, management, marketing); the ability to communicate with clients diplomatically, but persistently; a high level of executive discipline; fluency in the Ukrainian language; attentiveness when working with documents and financial information; systematicity, multitasking, stress resistance; confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook).
