- Experience of 2 years in HR, L&D, university programs, work with youth or in the field of employer brand.
- Experience in organizing internships, dual education, student project competitions and career events.
- Experience in partnership and company representation in educational institutions: participation in lectures, presentations, open days, workshops.
- Practical experience in promoting the employer brand through social networks, digital channels or PR activities.
- Ability to build a talent pipeline and analyze the effectiveness of programs to attract young talents.
