Nestlé Ukraine company announces a competition for the position of Specialist in working with key customers in Kyiv. General purpose of this position: Responsibility for information support, correct flow and reporting and analysis support for Key Nestlé clients. Main responsibilities: 1. Monthly calculation of required payments to clients: Conducting analysis of shipments to Clients, Calculation of payments based on the conducted analysis. 2. Monitoring of weekly balances in Nestlé warehouses. Informing customers about OOS: Collecting, checking balances in warehouses, Sending information about OOS to the regions. 3. Distribution of quotas for products by customers: Calculation of products for each QC in accordance with shipments. 4. Issuance of reports within the scope of responsibility for requests. 5. Work with the assortment: Input/output of products in/out of the network, rotation of products, change of logistics data. 6. Preparation of relevant documents for customer accounts and payment control: Appendices to contracts and other accompanying documents (sales reports) Checking documents from customers (invoices, reports of work performed, etc.), Creation of WBS elements in the SAP system, Preparation of PR, GR in the SAP system .7. Preparation of specifications for customers in accordance with their requirements, preparation of other logistics information: Deduction of the price for each KK according to the current assortment, Filling out special forms of Specifications for KK: in electronic and paper form, Transfer of KK specifications, Checking prices in customer orders for their compliance with prices in SAP.8. Entering information into the SAP system regarding: trade plans for the year, creation of WBS elements of PR, PO according to the trade conditions of the CC. Basic requirements: Proficiency in English; Advanced user of MS Office; Excellent analytical skills; Ability to work with large amounts of information; Communicability; Higher education ; 3-4 years in the field of sales analysis; Excellent communication skills.
