The company Philip Morris Sales and Distribution invites you to work as a Warehouse logistics specialist.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:< /strong>

• Coordination and control of the warehouse of finished products and other goods, ensuring reception, placement, storage and shipment of products in accordance with current legislation;
• Coordination of all stages of import reception for the supply of GP, tobacco/non-tobacco materials and other goods;
• Ensuring the sending of local excise stamps to the place of production and receipt of imported GP in the warehouse;
• Ensuring the receipt and appropriate accounting of excise stamps, which are returned from production as a result of damage or any other reason;
• Execution of further actions in SAP for submission and order of WP with excise stamps.
• Preparation of reports for institutions and involved departments to ensure uninterrupted process of import of state enterprises;
• Checking of necessary documents for obtaining stamps.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education: bachelor, specialist, master;
• It is desirable to have 2 years of work experience in the fields of the supply system in an international company;
• Ukrainian language - fluent; English language - from the initial level;
• Communication skills with clients;
• Good skills in working with MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point), Outlook;
• Knowledge SAP system will be an advantage.
