Specialist in transport logistics in Singenta/Syngenta

Syngenta, a leader in the international market of agrochemicals and seeds, is opening a competition for experienced and ambitious specialists for the vacancy Specialist in transport logistics.

Work format: hybrid (Kyiv)

Main Responsibilities:

• Efficient management of all aspects of delivery under the terms of DAP (Incoterms) and express delivery to customers, transportation of demonstration products, raw materials and finished goods between warehouses and production, route optimization, cost monitoring
• Monthly review and improving delivery efficiency (3PL)
• Working in SAP/gSAP systems (transport operations, forming shipments, managing warehouse loading schedules, moving goods in the system) and in the management system by transport (TMS)
• Participation in project activities of the unit
• Development and revision, if necessary, of the annual budget for transportation, cooperation with the procurement department
• Analysis and preparation of data for the tender, evaluation of commercial offers from logistics companies

Our candidate has:

• Higher education in "Logistics" "Transport logistics"
• Work experience from 2 years in a similar position
• Knowledge of international and domestic transport legislation and rules for the transportation of dangerous goods (ADR).
• Understanding aspects of agribusiness will be an advantage
• Intermediate English is preferred
• A confident user of MS Office, ERP systems
• Ability to analyze data to form proposals, experience of intensive cross-functional cooperation
• Ability to develop processes and stimulate continuous improvement
