Distribution center staff training specialist in Retail Group

The holding includes 59 stores with a total area of ​​more than 160,000 square meters, which serve more than 80 million customers every year. The staff has more than 5,500 employees. The holding also includes shopping center chains - "Ekvator", "Multipark", "Turbina" and security company "Bayard 9". We are currently looking for a Development and Trainingstaff Specialistpersonnel to join our team - an active person who knows how to organize, supervise and inspire, and will help us maintain quality and develop the team. 

Functional responsibilities'links:

• Training of RC staff: familiarization with topology, work processes, software for managing warehouse processes, rules for using special equipment and data collection terminals (TSD).
• Analysis of personnel performance: formation of performance ratings, identification of strengths and weaknesses, preparation of recommendations for improving indicators
• Quality control of product assembly: analysis of errors in order collection, search for causes and ways to eliminate them.
• Development of training materials: creation instructions, checklists, regulations, presentations, information posters.
• Forming applications at the Service Desk: creating access/restoring accounts, organizing workplaces, installing the necessary user software, installing and configuring software.
• Administrative support: speaking at weekly meetings of shift managers, preparing summary information and reports.
• Adaptation and updating training content to meet the needs of the company.

Key requirements:-Experience of 6 months or more in the position of training manager, trainer; -Higher education (preferably technical); - Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written); Personal competencies: — Responsibility, result-oriented — Analysis and problem solving — Independent decision-making — Planning and organization — Adaptability/flexibility We offer:
