We are looking for a Training specialist!

What should be done?

• conduct the project "Leaders product experts": organize and accompany the project, communicate with the participants and employees of the company;
• conduct testing after the adaptation is completed, assign and administer feedback questionnaires;
• organize and conduct final meetings, develop and adapt leading product experts, analyze the results of the project;
• conduct work to improve indicators at gas stations: organization of meetings, conducting sections regarding improvement of store performance at gas stations, communication with involved participants, analysis of results;
• investigate employee turnover: communication and data analysis;
• support and conduct online training;
• pay invoices, close acts of work performed;
• administer training in the SAP system.

What do we expect?

• Higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, psychology or management);
• knowledge of the basics of organizing training and development programs, principles of project management and business communication;
• possession MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TIMS) at the level of a confident user;
• developed communication and organizational skills, analytical thinking, responsibility and self-organization;
