• Develops, adapts and implements training programs on technological processes
• Conducts trainings, master classes, training hours for employees
• Analyzes training needs, forms a training plan, prepares materials, tests
• Evaluates training effectiveness, prepares reports and recommendations
• Implements modern training methods (cases, innovations, independent training)
• Monitors the introduction of knowledge into production processes
