• Ensuring effective cooperation with educational institutions and students (practice, internship, dual form of education)
• Support of the "Mentoring" project (registration and methodological support of mentors)

• Conducting the People Management program and accompanying participants (formation of groups, communication with participants, provision of equipment at the venue, participation in the provision of post-training support)
• Conducting welcome trainings for newcomers in order to adapt employees, quick and high-quality familiarization with the company
• Support of the "Personnel reserve" project (selection of personnel reservists and provision of feedback on enrollment), support in drawing up the IPR of employees from among the personnel reserve and based on the results of personnel evaluation, monitoring IPR execution
