The main duties of the position: organizing the import of goods and services into Ukraine, organizing the sale of goods and services through the dealer network, organizing the VRS warranty, organizing the import and sale of accessories and souvenir products, introduction to the market and adaptation of the price model for the VRS and Scania range, compile and analyze relevant financial and statistical reports and present them to the commercial director of service and spare parts sales manager, determine what further actions are necessary for the business, to achieve goals. control and analyze market trends and recommend appropriate actions to the commercial director of service issues and the manager of spare parts sales. conduct the necessary document management cooperate with other departments to achieve common business goals (in particular, but not limited to: Dealers, Truck Sales Department, Financial and Administrative Department, etc.) ensure the necessary the range of Scania and VRS products in the warehouse, the organization of VRS trainings for dealers, the organization and participation in the warehouse inventory, the participation in the stocking of goods in the warehouse and in the shipment of goods from the warehouse. Candidate requirements: Higher technical education Experience in the automotive business (or with other machines and mechanisms) Competencies: After-sales service of wheeled vehicles Document management (purchase, sale, warranty, write-off) Foreign economic activity (purchase, warranty) Spare parts for commercial vehicles (trucks, trailer, body and attached equipment to them) Pricing Automotive accessories and souvenir products Import and export of goods and services Warehousing logistics Warranty procedures Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Results orientation Willingness to learn new things Demonstrate organizational and administrative skills Ability to take initiative and work under pressure Excellent customer service skills, ability to build and manage relationships Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines General computer skills.
