Expert in reconciliation of foreign exchange contracts (ZED) in GLOBAL TRANSPORT COMPANY

Responsibilities:

• Approval of UED contracts in the bank (both existing and new).

• Preparation and submission of documents for approving currency of the contract.

• Drawing up and signing of the contract's OJEU, submitting the contract together with the statutory documents of the non-resident to the bank.

• Prompt response to the bank's inquiries regarding contracts and the company.

• Monitoring the execution of foreign exchange contracts: planning the purchase of foreign currency, providing the treasurer with purchase documents, clarifying payment details in of the seller.

• Checking details and confirmation of receipt of currency from a non-resident before payment.

• Analysis of non-resident counterparties and control of timely payments for goods/services.

• Execution of manager's tasks.

• Daily reports on completed tasks and stages of contract approval.

Requirements:

• Experience in agreeing EU contracts during a full-scale invasion.

• Ability to quickly analyze information and quickly respond to non-standard situations.

• Excellent command of the Ukrainian language (without mistakes in business correspondence and bank answers).

• Communication skills with bank representatives.

• Ability to work with documents (Word/PDF/Photoshop), knowledge of 1C.

• Experience in compiling and correcting turnover reports for accounts.

• Resistance to stress, speed in completing tasks, responsibility.

• Willingness to work for results and earn money.

• Ability to independently find solutions to small problems and requests.

• Willingness to agree on at least 4 contracts per month.
