The company "Nestle Ukraine" announces a competition for the position of Specialistwithorganizationleisureandmedicalmeasureschildren's nutrition department in Kyiv.

Main duties:

• Timely processing of the documents of the payment department, business correspondence, drawing up business papers according to the established form.
• Preparation of official posts, processing of product statements for free testing, professional evaluation, donations, orders of medical equipment and materials.
• Support and organization of sponsored business trips for opinion leaders, medical team and business development manager; agency interaction and reporting support in the Concur system.
• Organizing medical events according to the calendar of activities, overseeing the organization, signing contracts, managing event budgets, tracking expenses, including taxes, and ensuring compliance with financial goals.
• Collecting, tracking and archiving medical reports in shared electronic files, as well as forms and protocols related to testing, donations and medical activities.
• Cooperation with the marketing department in the development of design, layouts of medical advertising materials (roll-ups, spiders, stands, leaflets, layouts, etc.); production support and control of the distribution of marketing and medical materials on the ground.
• Participation in events and proposals for specific actions to improve business operations and optimize budgets.
• Work in the SAP system to create materials, requests for payment and acceptance of services.

• Higher education;
• Developed communication and analytical skills;
• Experience in project management;
• Responsibility, attention to detail;
• High level of PC proficiency (MS Office, SAP - preferred);
• English language proficiency at B2 level and above.
