Specialist in the organization of interaction of electronic resources in the field of construction in Fond Shidna Evropa

The Eastern Europe Fund within the framework of the USAID / UK Dev project "Supporting the digital transformation of Ukraine" (hereinafter - DTA) together with the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine announces competition for the position of a specialist in the organization of the interaction of electronic resources for the project of the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.

Starting date: July-August 2024.

Involvement period: until the end of 2024.

Work format: mixed (offline and online).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• plan the schedule for creation of interactions: develop interaction plans taking into account the requirements of regulatory documents regulating the functioning of information and communication systems of the Ministry of Infrastructure in the field of E-construction and agree with the head of the E-construction direction of the DTA project;
< li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit">organize joint meetings with responsible employees of the Ministry of Infrastructure, the DTA project and other state institutions involved in creating cooperation;
• accompany coordination of technical aspects of organization of interaction;
• provide advice on the organization of connection to the system of electronic interaction of state information resources "Trembit" or on the organization of interaction in another way in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine;
• accompany the signing of contracts / interaction protocols;
• organizationally support the creation and implementation of interactions between the resource of the Ministry of Infrastructure and the state electronic information resources of other state bodies;
• solve problems that arise in the communication of employees of the Ministry of Infrastructure, specialists of other state bodies and developers during the creation of interaction.

Desired skills and work experience:

• working as a project manager or as a specialist in a structural division of the central executive body responsible for organizing the interaction of state information resources (at least one year);
• availability of higher education;
• understanding of the principles of operation of the system of electronic interaction of state information resources (preferably experience in deploying system components);
• ability to work in MS Project, Jira, Confluence systems;
• ability analyze the information received from all parties in order to predict the terms of the introduction of interactions, identify and overcome obstacles in the creation of interaction;
• knowledge of legislation in the field of urban planning and interaction of state information resources;
• experience as a business analyst will be an advantage.
