Specialist in the implementation of AI solutions in Atmosfera

We at Graz.tech develop AI solutions for voice automation and next-generation contact centers. Our goal is to transform customer service thanks to intelligent voice assistants and omnichannel solutions.

We are currently looking for a Middle Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for project implementation, coordination customers and interaction with the technical team

What you will need to do:

• Independently implement voice automation projects — from inception to successful launch.
• Communicate with customers on organizational, technical and project issues.
• Configure the system for business tasks, form and agree on projects.
• Collect, analyze and describe requirements (BRD), form a project roadmap.
• Set development tasks (including API integration), explain requirements at grooming sessions.
• Monitor the quality of automated calls, scripts, SMS/e-mail newsletters, SLA.
• Fix incidents, bugs and customer requests, transfer them to the 2nd line.
• Form short reports on efficiency, billing, project indicators.
• Identify new project development opportunities, initiate changes and improvements.
• Work simultaneously with a portfolio of 2-10 active projects.

Who we are looking for:

• You have experience implementation of technical products — from analysis to launch.
• Managed at least 3 projects of medium complexity (with technical teams).
• Able to formulate requirements, create business process diagrams, set tasks for development.
• You have experience of working in conditions of uncertainty, high workload and multitasking.
• Able to structure information, think analytically and propose solutions.
• You speak English at least at the B2 (oral and written communication).
• You have a good command of Google Sheets / Excel, basic skills of working with CRM or ERP.

It will be a plus:

• Understanding of telephony, API, voice systems.
• Experience working with bot platforms or AI-prompts (creation and optimization).
• Basic technical skills: read code, form database queries, understand field types.
• Experience in QA or technical support.
