Specialist in the distribution of humanitarian aid in the Donetsk region (the city of Dobropillia) in Proliska, GO

Proliska NGO announces a tender for the conclusion of an agreement on the provision of humanitarian aid distribution services in the Donetsk region (the city of Dobropillia)

Proliska public organization is a non-commercial, non-political a humanitarian organization that since 2014 has been providing comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by military operations in Ukraine.

Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support for the most vulnerable people who have suffered as a result of military operations actions; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; provision of assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found shelter; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the combat zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of combat operations and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate. 

 I. Requirements for contestants:

·     Higher education (preferred);

• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages;
• Previous experience, ?related to humanitarian response (will be an advantage);
• Readiness for regular trips within the defined territory of activity, including to the territory close to the zone of hostilities (exclusively to the territories under the control of the Government of Ukraine);< /li>
• Readiness for physical exertion;
• Ability to work with mechanical and electrical tools (hammer, perforator, screwdriver, joiner's saw, drill, etc.);
• Basic computer knowledge computer and certain computer programs;
• Attention and literacy when filling out information and compiling reports on the distribution;
• Ability to take photos and videos;
• Ability work closely with team members;
• Courtesy and diplomacy;
• Adherence to humanitarian principles;
• Performance of duties guided by gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual harassment.

II. Services to be provided:

•        Loading/unloading of goods in the warehouse and at the delivery points; > • •        As part of a mobile team, travel to locations for the direct delivery of humanitarian aid to the affected population;

•      Providing assistance with emergency housing repairs and installation of individual materials or repair kits using mechanical and electrical tools;

• Photo/video recording of the distribution process;

Compilation of reports on the carried out distribution and data entry into information and relevant Google forms.

ІІІ. We offer the successful candidate:

• Contract until December 31, 2024 with the possibility of extension depending on further funding and personal work results;
