What we will entrust you with: 

• Responsible for determining the model of competences of agricultural employees depending on the function and position in order to create a structural approach to the development and training of personnel and their career planning
• Responsible for the selection of tools for assessing the competences and performance of employees, organizing the evaluation process to determine the training and development needs of agricultural employees
• Responsible for the formation of a team plan for the development of the competences of agricultural employees and the selection of tools for increasing the average level for the development of the competences of the agricultural team
• Responsible for the formation of separate training programs and conducts training activities to increase the average level of development of the competencies of employees of the agricultural department
• Responsible for holding the Meeting on Talents of the agricultural department and implementing the talent management strategy to ensure organization with high-quality internal human resources
• Responsible for the selection of tools, organization, control and analysis of the results of the ongoing process of Individual Development Plans for agricultural employees to increase the level of competence and achieve business goals
• Introduces approaches to application of the acquired knowledge and skills in the practical activities of agricultural employees
