??Your mission is to ensure that every employee of the company confidently uses Microsoft 365 tools - Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive and other services in their daily work.

Your key tasks:

• Organize and conduct training (group trainings, mini-sessions, workshops) for employees of various levels on working with Microsoft 365 products: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.
• Develop training materials - instructions, videos, guides, presentations, short courses for beginners and advanced programs for experienced users.
• Collect feedback from employees, analyze typical difficulties and update training programs.
• Maintain a culture of digital literacy in the company: motivate colleagues to learn new Microsoft 365 capabilities, share life hacks and best practices.
• Advise users on effective use of tools, help solve common questions in a friendly, educational environment manners.
• Collaborate with the entire IT team to take into account technical updates and promptly integrate them into training materials.

• Have experience in conducting trainings, presentations, workshops and creating training courses.
• You know how to teach, explain complex things in simple terms, create logical and understandable educational materials.
• You have a high level of communication, patience, kindness.
• Able to motivate others to study.
• You have work experience or active use of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive)- will be an advantage.
• You understand the integration of Microsoft 365 services among themselves.
• You have certificates or courses with Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Learn, Coursera, Microsoft Office Specialist, etc.). 
• You are passionate about digital technologies and eager to share knowledge. ?
