Responsibilities: Work with the application server: monitoring the problem server, compiling and maintaining a register of repair works ; setting tasks for the technical department; Control of outdoor advertising works (repairs, replacements, connection/disconnection of power); Control of outdoor advertising measurements (according to the layout); Collection of photos of the installation of banners, equipment, gluing oracles, etc.; Ordering components for repairs, preparation of invoices for payment; Issuance of materials of the technical department - control of the wear of advertising media, outdoor advertising, requests for photo reports from pharmacies; Submission of memos for approval of the order/installation/replacement of elements of outdoor advertising; Agreement with the owners/neighbors on the placement of additional advertising (if necessary ); Cooperation with the designer - a request for mock-up of the layouts (comments and corrections); Control of the arrival of the pharmacy/write-off of outdoor advertising elements, drawing up acts of write-off and movement of branded products and outdoor advertising elements; Sending and receiving goods by Novaya Poshta, wholesale warehouse. Requirements: Responsibility, speed of response to difficult situations, stress resistance; Attention to details, maintenance and accounting of internal documentation; High level of self-organization; Knowledge of business etiquette.
