What we entrust to you: You will be responsible for auditing the quality of personnel data and initiate the improvement of personnel data collection and accounting processes to improve the quality of personnel management processes in the company strategy. You will be responsible for regular audits of the quality and completeness of personnel data in the MHP ERP (1C) system and other systems that contain personnel data You will be responsible for the search and analysis of the causes of errors in the arrays of personnel data in the systems. You will be responsible for the audit and analysis of existing mechanisms and processes for controlling the quality and completeness of data in the systems of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. You will be responsible for the analysis, construction and improvement of current processes, as well as participate in the development new data quality control processes Formulation and initiation of requests to the IT department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the revision of the information system in order to improve the process of accounting for personnel data based on the conducted audit You will interact with HR Business partners of business areas, as well as with the Service Center for personnel administration in order to identify errors or problems in the processes related to the accounting of personnel data.
