We cordially invite you to join the competition to fill a vacant position specialist in telematics systems at Volvo Ukraine LLC with foreign investments.

In this position, your responsibilitieswill include:

• Administrative support for our customers, preparation of contracts for connection of telematics services, invoicing and work with analytics. We are looking for a team player who will be a good partner for our clients' businesses and implement initiatives for modern working methods.   
• Support of customer accounts, administration of connected applications. 
• Advising clients on the operation of the application (telematics portal), providing recommendations for use and interpreting reports on the client's current fleet.
• Working closely with sales and after-sales departments to provide the best transport solution for the client.   

 Who are we looking for?

• Client-oriented approach to work, a person with a desire to develop and ready for interesting tasks; >
• Communicability at a high level; 
• Interest to develop in commercial transport in the field of working with telematics systems and remote monitoring of truck fleets.

 Competences and skills:

• Focus on customer needs, a proactive approach in solving customer requests and increasing the level of satisfaction with the company's services and products;  
• I would like to acquire knowledge of services and remote monitoring systems for trucks and become an expert in the field of telematics services; 
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
