Basic skills and requirements for the candidate: -Experience in developing a bot for Telegram:-Ability to use appropriate libraries for working with Telegram API (for example, python-telegram-bot or Telebot).-Understanding the principles of authentication, message management and different types of commands.-Knowledge of working with GPT API:-Experience of working with OpenAI API ( or other similar APIs) to integrate GPT models into applications.-Ability to optimize the use of APIs and configure query parameters.-API development and integration with various resources:-Experience in creating REST APIs for connecting external databases and resources.-Integration of an existing resource with a bot and knowledge base.Programming languages ​​and frameworks:-Excellent knowledge of Python or other language that can be used to create a bot.-Experience with web frameworks (eg Flask, Django) for developing backend services.Experience with web technologies :-Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for interface and integration with web resources.Functional:-Implement the OpenAI GPT API to generate responses based on the knowledge base.-Configure the processing of user requests and the generation of responses in a format suitable for Telegram.-Implement functionality for searching for updated information about the Credit Register 2.0.-Create or configure a bot in Telegram to interact with users.-Add functionality for sending text requests and receiving answers from the knowledge base.-Ensure processing of standard bot commands (for example, /start, /help ).
