Requirements:
- Engineering/Automotive education is mandatory.
- Experience as a mechanic (required) from 1 year + preferably experience working with customers (service consultant, sales consultant of ZH, service department administrator, CR ….).
- Experience in the automotive business.
- Presentation skills, inhigh communication skills.
- Experience in conducting trainings (preferred).
- Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Responsibilities:
- Needs analysis and training planning of dealer network personnel (rdevelop plans and schedules training according to the current training programs manufacturer).
- Adapt courses and materials according to the TEAM21 program (Mechanic Certification Program ) for technical specialists.
- Preparation of training materials, manuals, tools to ensure a full-fledged working environment for training participants, organization of accommodation, food, transport, etc.
- Conduct training for dealer network mechanics.
- Creating training courses by translating and adapting existing programs from the manufacturer and creating additional ones in accordance with the requirements and needs of the dealer network.
- < span style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit">Determining the target audience and assigning appropriate training programs and courses for relevant categories of DC personnel.
- Monitoring compliance with training plans in part going through assigned training programs by dealer employees.
