Automotive importer and distributor in Ukraine is currently looking for a Specialist in technical support of ERP systems (AX2009/D365 F&O) for its commands.
Functional:
Reception and registration of user requests regarding AX 2009/2012 and D365 F&O via Service Desk.
Primary diagnostics of incidents in modules (finance, procurement, warehouse/logistics), reproduction of errors.
Check access rights and Security Roles/Duties/Privileges, help with accesses and workspaces.
Support for standard user operations: work with forms, journals, directories, Excel Add-in.
Monitoring Batch jobs, error messages, basic actions (restart, escalation).
Working with SSRS reports (restart, options, print/export), escalation of complex cases.
Escalation of incidents to Middle/Senior/Developers; maintaining communication and statuses in tickets.
Basic understanding of ERP (Finance/Purchasing/Warehouse) processes at the user level.
Knowledge of SQL at the level of simple queries; understanding the logic of directories/journals.
Experience with AX 2009/2012 or D365 F&O, LCS (at user level), Service Desk preferred.
Ability to work with Excel Add-in, basics of OData/DMF (reading import/export logs).
Ability to communicate with users, ability to explain technology in simple language.
Willingness to quickly learn the specifics of AX/D365, following procedures.
Attention, responsibility, discipline in keeping tickets and documentation.
As an advantage: understanding of DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD environments and escalation principles; basic knowledge of Security Roles in D365 F&O, experience in checking the access matrix.
English: Pre-Intermediate+ for reading documentation (Microsoft Learn, LCS issue search).
