Responsibilities:
- Customize CRM accordingly to the approved TOR (technical task)
- Correction of errors in the operation of the configured system (technical support of the project)
- Answers in chats to questions of customers and employees
- Testing of the system (after setting up)
- Adjustment of business processes
- Recording of training videos for working in CRM
Would be an advantage if
- You have worked or configured (which is even better) CRM systems such as amoCRM, Kommo, Bitrix, 1C, Pidedrive, KeyCRM, LP CRM, Keepin CRM, Sales Drive and/or other CRM systems (be sure to indicate this in the application form)
