Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education.< /li>
• Experience in a similar position in a bank or IT company is desirable.
• Experience in monitoring and supporting specific banking software.
• Customer orientation, conflict-free.
• li>Oral and written literacy.
• Proficiency in English at the B1 (intermediate) level and above.
• Resistance to stress and a responsible attitude to work.

Functional duties:

• Processing customer requests. 
• Customer support. 
• Basic software maintenance/administration.
• Work with technical documentation.
• Participation in software testing.
