Aclick is a successful digital agency working with clients around the world, looking for an experienced and creative Targetologist who is ready to strengthen our team and help reach new heights in performance marketing.
Your main tasks:
Creation, launch and management of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
Constant optimization, A/B testing and campaign analytics
Working with AI?tools to generate creatives, texts and audiences (eg ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
Designing simple visual creatives in Canva (using brandbooks and templates)
Participation in the development of promotion strategies together with the marketing team
Reporting on campaign results, suggestions for improvements
Requirements:
Experience of launching campaigns in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads from 1 year
Sure understanding of advertising objectives, pixels, attribution window, audience, interaction with events
Ability to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Experience using Canva or similar creative services
Willingness to use AI?tools in daily work (and willingness to constantly learn new ones)
Teamwork, responsibility, initiative
Knowledge of English at a level sufficient to work with interfaces and client materials will be an advantage
Experience in a marketing agency is also an advantage
