Public organization "Proliska" is a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization that, since 2014, provides comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by military operations in Ukraine.

Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support of the most vulnerable people who suffered as a result of military actions; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; providing assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the war zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of hostilities and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate. in the implementation of the project "Comprehensive services for the protection of the civilian population affected by hostilities and improving the resilience skills of workers who come to the rescue first", which is implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian organizations, each of which is responsible for its own direction and applies unique expertise.

The project is implemented with the financial support of the Government of the United States of America, implemented by the NGO "Proliska" under the coordination of the BF "Right to Protection"

From March 2026 to July 2026, the NGO "Proliska" will implement measures to support the affected population in eight regions of Ukraine - Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Chernihivska. The main areas of activity are the promotion of the evacuation of the population from zones of active hostilities and the provision of assistance to institutions and establishments (MTP) that house internally displaced persons. The team works taking into account the security situation and implements measures to minimize risks for personnel.

We are looking for a motivated specialist to join the team to ensure the effective implementation of project activities in the field of population evacuation and support of temporary residences (MTP).

The main role involves administrative, coordination and logistical support for evacuation processes, as well as promoting the creation of safe, decent and affordable living conditions for internally displaced persons (IDPs).

I. Requirements for the competitor:

  • Higher education (required); education in the field of sociology, social work or related fields will be an advantage
  • Experience in the humanitarian sector, NGOs or international organizations (preferred)
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
  • High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), business correspondence skills
  • Analytical thinking and attention to details
  • Readiness for regular business trips, in particular to frontline communities

II. Description of services to be provided:

  • Coordinating the organization of safe evacuation routes for the civilian population
  • Monitoring the quality of evacuation transportation and compliance with standards
  • Entering data on evacuees into relevant databases (including Kobo/KoBoToolbox)
  • Identifying violations of the rights of aid recipients, analyzing problems and preparing recommendations for their resolution
  • Coordinating activities MTPs and support for their proper functioning, participation in improving living conditions (infrastructure, provision of basic needs)
  • Conducting needs assessments of MTP residents and implementing monitoring tools
  • Interaction with local authorities, partners and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining documentation in accordance with organization standards and confidentiality principles
  • Data collection, analysis and preparation reporting (analytical and narrative)
  • Regular field visits, including frontline areas, to monitor the quality of services
