The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSHU) announces a competition for the position of Specialist in supporting the activities and development of centers of the Department of Development and Standardization of Social of services of the Department of Organizational Development of the National Committee of the Republic of Ukraine

Additional duties:< /p>

• Visit to regional and local centers;
• Participation in work meetings, meetings according to requests;
• Participation in the organization of strategic events for the development of centers; li>
• Entering document databases (common storage, Bravo library, etc.);
• Youexecution of management assignments
• Participation in national and regional events for the development and standardization of social services, development of organizations and volunteering;
• Participation in the annual planning of the department's activities;
• Participation in the analysis of the annual plan of the department once a quarter;
• Monthly planning of their tasks and assessment of the performance of tasks of the previous month;

Requirements: 

• Complete higher education (economics, management, marketing, sociology);
• Advanced courses / trainings / internship programs in the fields of marketing, business planning, management and administration will be an advantage
• Work experience of 1 year or more
• Experience of volunteering or work in the humanitarian, social sphere.
• Experience of developing business / marketing plans.
• Understanding the full cycle solving administrative issues
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail).
• Developed communication skills, experience in communicating with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy .
• Developed organizational and executive skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, English - Intermediate
