Specialist in support of the department of international relations and regional implementation of the reform in ZEST Autsorsing

We are holding a competition for the position of"Specialist in support of the department of international relations and regional implementation of the reform"to the team of the Coordination Center for the Development of Family Education and child care. 

The coordination center is a consulting body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, whose task is to coordinate the efforts of the government, international and public organizations for the development of the child care system based on global and European practices, which will meet the urgent needs of Ukraine and the long-term goals of joining the of the European Union. Details about the Coordination Center 

Main duties:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the international relations department (prepare reports, presentations and minutes of meetings, communication with stakeholders).< /p>

• Organize meetings, seminars and trainings.

• Coordinate international travel logistics, including visas, accommodation and transportation.

• Handle inquiries and correspondence from stakeholders, including international non-governmental organizations, government agencies and donors.

• Research potential funding sources and assist in preparation of grant applications

• Act as a liaison between the international department and other stakeholders.

• Act as the main contact person between the organization and by regional authorities.

• Preparation and distribution of communication materials, including reports, briefings and information updates.

• Coordinate meetings, seminars and trainings with the participation of regional authorities.

• Establish and maintain regular communication channels with regional authorities.

• Provide timely information and reports to regional authorities.

Requirements for candidates:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in international relations, public administration, law, social sciences or related fields.

• From 5 years of relevant work experience in administrative positions, in the field of international relations or project coordination.

• Experience of working in international development projects or involving stakeholders is an advantage.

• English — Advanced level.

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with care and maintain confidentiality.

• Strong verbal and written skills communication, the ability to write clear and concise documents and correspondence.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.

• Understanding and acceptance of cultural differences, ability to work effectively in an international environment.
