Requirements:

·          Professional education (vocational and technical or higher, including incomplete higher) preferablyin the field finance or accounting;

·         Experience work in the field of finance (economy), accounting, warehouse accounting from 1 year;

·         Experience work with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

·         Advanced skills using a PC;

·         Basic knowledge of types and components of computer technology;

·         Experience of working in systems family SAPwill be an advantage.

Your main tasks will be:

·         Working in the accounting program (SAP)< span>;

·         Creation of applications/orders/reservations for the purchase of equipment, software provision;

·         Accounting of receipt of computer equipment and its commissioning;

·         Ohkeeping computer equipment from the warehouse;

·          Issuance, distribution, movement of computer equipment, including acts of acceptance-handover; reserve for temporary replacement;

/span>Reconciliation of users of computing equipment, inventory and serial numbers; on request) inventory of equipment, as well as participate in the general annual inventory of the Company; acceptance and transfer of objects from the report of employees who are dismissed.
